What time is the Marketplace going to be open?

Marketplace times to be confirmed. If you’re keen to browse the marketplace or take part in other activities, be sure to leave a morning or afternoon free!

I didn’t see the discount code and I booked more than two classes! Can I have the discount?

Write to unwindbrighton@gmail.com. We will refund you the applicable discount as long as your classes were booked for the same person on the same order. Sorry, the discount only applies if classes & talks were booked at the same time.

Ok, I’ve booked my class, now what?

In April 2014, we’ll contact you via email with class venue details & directions. This email will have everything you need to know, including info about the marketplace. We’ll also remind you of any supplies needed & homework.

Can I book a class for a friend?

Please only book classes in your own name. It’s very important that we have the name and contact information of each class attendee. A cancellation fee will apply to cancel a class booked for someone else.

I have to cancel my class, can I get a refund?

Yes. A £10 cancellation fee applies to each class cancelled before 12^th June 2014. No refunds will be given after 12^th June 2014 unless the class spot can be filled from a waiting list, in which case the cancellation fee applies.

I’ve booked two classes that clash, what do I do?

If you’ve booked two classes and later realised they clash, please email us to let us know which class you would like to cancel. We will refund you for the cancelled class. You get one get out of jail free card for double booking – silly billy!
